Our stay at Novotel was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cater to our needs. They provided umbrellas for the rain and even made dinner reservations for us. The rooms had breathtaking views of the beach, and the hotel provided high chairs for our baby. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and nearby shopping malls. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the soft and comfy beds made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Novotel for a wonderful and memorable experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my vacation. The hotel's location is perfect for beach lovers as it is on the street heading directly to the beach. I was impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the spa which was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay. The hotel is also located close to the airport, making it convenient for those who have a flight which was just about to depart. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large variety of options, and I loved the fact that the hotel provides transportation to get to the beach.

Staff were speaking very good English according to Vietnamese standards. The hotel was very modern with good facilities and a very nice restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone without any problem. No this is not a budget hotel but you do get good value for your money.

The value for the money was great, with a spacious and comfortable room with a stunning ocean view. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and within walking distance of markets and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, treating us like family and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be better organized, as seating was not properly managed and we ended up having someone take our table when we went to get food.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the ocean front and within walking distance to the center of the city. Not to mention, there is no big, noisy, or dirty construction going on nearby. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony where I could admire the stunning view. Additionally, the breakfast selection was wide and delicious, catering to all tastes.

Excellent breakfast, Great view from standard room (high floor). Staff was very professional and nice. Dinner buffet was very good but very pricey. Best to book early to get the lower rate & also make sure the breakfast buffet is included in price.

Only 2 elevators, had to wait many times. Carpet in room was stained, needed to be cleaned or replaced. Not enough chairs on beach, had to rent chairs for 30,000 dong per chair ( very close to Novotel chairs). Very small pool on 3rd floor & not enough poolside lounge chairs. Still with these negatives, I plan to return to this hotel and would recommend this hotel to others.

Upon arrival at Novotel Nha Trang, we were impressed by the stunning ocean and city views. The spacious room provided ample comfort during our stay. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

Not enough sun lounges on the beach. You could only use the lounges that had 'novotel' on them and these were taken by people that would claim them before breakfast by putting their towel or sarong on them. If the 16 Novotel lounges were taken up you had to pay to hire the others.
